NBA Playoffs
The 2009 NBA Playoffs has been pretty good to watch. The Conference Finals has been great to watch, with plenty of superstars to watch, making plays at the end of games to help their teams win important games. The L.A/Denver & Orlando/Cleveland Series has been very entertaining to watch. While I have enjoyed the games, the officiating of the games has been horrible. I have been a conspiracy person about the NBA Playoffs for years and the way the games has been called this year, it makes me wonder if it is really true. Game 3 between Cleveland & Orlando, which the Magic won, was one of the most horrible officiated games I have ever watched. To me, it looked like that the officials were and are on LeBron “King” James side during the entire playoff series. If you are position to take a charge on James, no problem, they just call a foul on the player standing in position. The worst call I saw in game 3 was the one that Dwight Howard blocked clean from the back and he was called for his sixth foul and final foul.
It seems to me that the NBA wants a LA/Cleveland Finals to make money and they will use the Officials to get Cleveland there anyway they can. If you touch James or get near him, they will call a foul on the Magic. That series is so awful to watch, that if they call game 4 the way they called game three, I might have to find something else to watch. I want the best team to win, which seems to be Orlando at the moment, until the refs come in and help the “Prince” of the NBA, James. If Cleveland cannot get a second consistent scorer to help James out, the Cavaliers will be going home and Orlando will go to the finals. The Magic has more balance scoring and is making it difficult for Cleveland, which is having its so-called tough defense exposed.
Denver can defeat the Lakers if their bench continues to play well and rebound like they did in game three. Billups has come in at the PG position and has brought leadership to the Nuggets. The series is tied 2 apiece and anything can happen. The Lakers have played up and down in the entire playoffs and you don’t know what team you will get. The one that is rebounding well and everyone has come to play or the one where they come out with no spirit and is playing like they are just going through the motions. With three games left, which L.A. Lakers team will show up? The Lakers that rebounds the ball well and is playing good defense, or the one we saw in game four that played with no emotion and was just happy to get the split?
We have two good conference finals left and some good basketball left to watch. We have some good NBA Playoffs left to watch, enjoy!

UEFA Champions League Finals:
Manchester United v. FC Barcelona; Wednesday, May 27th, 2:25pm Live! ESPN
The UEFA Champions League will be decided this week in one the most anticipated finals ever between high scoring FC Barcelona from Spain and Manchester United from England, the two teams that most experts say are the best in the world. This should be one of the most watched Champions League Finals ever.
This Champions League Finals has the making of one of the best finals ever. Christiano Ronaldo of Manchester United and Lionel Messi of Barcelona are considered the two best players in the world. Ronaldo is the reigning FIFA Player of the Year and Messi, who most say will win it this year, is expected to put on a wonderful display of dribbling and scoring on the largest stage in all of European Soccer.
This game also features Thierry Henry, Xavi, Samuel Eto’o and Andres Iniesta of Barcelona. Wayne Rooney, Carlos Tevez and Dimitar Berbatov of Manchester United will also be stars to keep an eye on.
Manchester has one advantage over Barcelona; and that is legendary manager in Sir. Alex Ferguson; who will be managing in his third Champions League Final over Pep Guradiola, who is managing in his first Champions League Final and is trying to win three trophies in his very first year; already having won the La Liga and the Copa Del Ray cup. Can Guradiola out smart the legend Ferguson and win the triple? I am not giving a prediction, just wanting you guys to watch the Finals. I do though hope that Barcelona wins and gives Henry the one trophy he has never won.

I really can’t believe it. I hope Wayne Rooney is ok for the world cup!
Let’s go Lakers! Beat Boston in 7! Show them who is the best team in the NBA!
Lakers are going to win this final! Game 1 is in the pocket and Gasol has surely proven himself. Gooo Lakers!
